Join us for our Annual General Meeting from 5pm on Tue 12 Dec 2017 at the Impact Hub in Inverness followed by our Xmas Social at The Kitchen!
The AGM will be brief (max. 1 hour), but will give us an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of The Touring Network in 2016-17, as well as to elect our board members.
If you are not able to join us in person, we would encourage you to use your right to proxy so that we can ensure your voice and membership* is represented. There is an option to provide us with your Proxy nominations when you RSVP below.
The AGM will be followed by a Xmas Social evening at Kitchen Restaurant at 6:30pm, for all those who can join us. The evening will include a 3 course dinner and drinks** and a chance to catch up with fellow Touring Network promoters, GET IN youth promoters, Friends of The Touring Network, board members, and of course, the Touring Network team.

* PLEASE NOTE
1. ONLY PROMOTER MEMBERS AND FRIENDS OF THE TOURING NETWORK WHO HAVE PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE CURRENT YEAR ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.
2. IF THE MEMBER IS AN ORGANISATION, THEY SHALL HAVE A RIGHT TO ONE VOTE AT MEETINGS USING A NOMINATED REPRESENTATIVE.
** THE TOURING NETWORK IS ABLE TO SUBSIDISE THE COST OF THE MEAL FOR GET IN YOUTH PROMOTERS AND A LIMITED NUMBER OF ITS PROMOTER MEMBERS. THESE WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
