We are very pleased to announce that Tamara Hedderwick, experienced volunteer coordinator and project manager, joins the team in Jan to lead Get In, our new youth promoter scheme.
Tamara has experience of promoting, knows the Highlands & Islands region well, and has experience of developing Young Arts Leaders projects. She specialises in new start; volunteer recruitment and retainment; co-ordination of training; and initiating and supporting mentoring schemes. Tamara will bring her specialist youth leadership and mentoring experience, as well as her good knowledge of the diversity of Highland communities, to the role.

I think arts events are such an important part of bringing people together.
