Organisations which run an Accredited Museum in Scotland can apply for a grant of between £500 and £5,000 for up to 75% of the costs of a small, discrete project that supports their own continuous improvement goals and fits in with the aims of the National Strategy for Scotland’s Museums and Galleries. Projects supported will have demonstrated an enterprising approach, included skills development (for staff and or volunteers) or shown how the project will help to raise the profile of the museum. Non-accredited organisations may also apply for up to £1,500 for up to 100% of project costs.
