Marketing & Development Manager
The post of Marketing & Development Manager provides an exciting opportunity to ideate and implement The Touring Network’s marketing and communications strategies, with responsibility for raising the profile of The Touring Network and the activity of its members. Working closely with the Touring Network’s Director, the post-holder will also develop partnerships, diversify income streams for the organisation, and advocate on behalf of our members.
This is a new role that requires a diverse palette of marketing skills, a proven track record of income generation and a passion for arts and culture in Scotland. You will have an acute ear to the sector and the activities of our members and be able to both craft a story and advocate for us in a concise, authentic and impactful way, confidently using our marketing channels to creatively and strategically communicate to our varied audiences.
Alongside demonstrated content creation skills, you will have a natural confidence for forging partnerships and experience in successfully diversifying income streams.
The post-holder will ideally have lived experience of the region that The Touring Network covers. This role demands enthusiasm, resourcefulness, attention to detail, energy and excellent multi-channel marketing skills.
Further Information
This is a remote-working, part-time fixed term post, with flexible hours, currently funded by Creative Scotland until the end of March 2022, which may be extended subject to funding.
