FIBRO-MY-ARTH

Having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis in March 2017, Carina is taking us on her painfully funny journey of how it feels to live with an invisible, excruciating disability. At present, there is no cure and there is up to 72 symptoms. On top of that, she was diagnosed with a degenerative joint disease too. This is her story of how long it took to receive the correct diagnosis, and how she deals with the pain. Also, her introduction to “Fibro Facebook groups” and the fact that some people are quite happy to share their bowel movements on social media. Quite literally shits and giggles.
