Unspotted Snow by Peter Arnott

29 April, 2019 @ 7:30 pm

A new play commissioned by Mull Theatre from award-winning playwright Peter Arnott, based on the tale of the ill-fated Franklin expedition to discover the North-West Passage and it’s extraordinary 170-year legacy. A light-hearted musical romp of starvation, scurvy and cannibalism Unspotted Snow is a “ripping yarn” – a bold and adventurous tale of tragedy, mishap, folly, arrogance, madness and betrayal, Victorian heroism … and ruthless news management.  Come and be enthralled by the ambition and derring-do of the explorers and by their terrifying, grisly fate. Mull Theatre has been producing top quality touring theatre for decades. Popular with audiences and promoters, our work is seen in almost every city, town, village and island in Scotland from the largest theatre to the smallest village hall, delivering the same high quality show whatever the venue. We’ve brought more than 50 major touring projects to over 300 venues around Scotland.
