The post of Membership Administrator offers a satisfying and flexible opportunity to provide administrative support to The Touring Network, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided to everyone engaging with its services.
This is a new role that demands flexibility, enthusiasm, keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to ensure that The Touring Network’s cloud-based office systems are used effectively during the next stage of the organisation’s development.
The Membership Administrator will work closely with the Touring Network’s Operations Manager.
Key Objectives
- To administer all membership and service delivery processes and systems, with support from the Operations Manager.
- To respond to enquiries from existing and potential members, delivering a high standard of customer service and professional delivery to everyone engaging directly with services of The Touring Network.
- To provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) when planning and coordinating The Touring Network’s series of events, including the Gathering, monthly Network Meet Ups and team meetings, as well as board meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
