This final residential in the programme will bring the Youth Promoters together to finalise arrangements for booking the GET IN tour in Feb / Mar 2017. In relation to this we will be reviewing and costing out shows from their Go See events and providing training in Tour Planning; Pricing; Negotiation; Contracts and Licenses.
We have invited experienced professional events producers to supplement the sessions The Touring Network staff will provide.
Youth Promoters from as far North as Achiltibuie in the West, the Seaboard Centre in the East, Inverness, Moray and way out West from Islay will attend.
We will be creating specific Action plans for the sub groups in the Tour Planning: Finance; Logistics; Artist Liaison; Marketing; Sustainability; Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion.
