Lies, Dreaming is a quarterly podcast which is looking for submissions. Each podcast will have a theme, and they’re looking for audio recordings of spoken word pieces on that theme. The theme for the next podcast is A Piano Falling’. Please interpret this in any way you like.
When they say spoken word pieces they want everything from poetry to flash fiction to rants-surprise us! its only limited by what your mind can come up with and a time constraint: a maximum of five minutes in length. Theyre interested in any style of writing. They want to show off the range of spoken word. These will be set to an ambient soundtrack, so they ask that the recordings are just vocals only.
Recordings should be sent to lies.dreamingpodcast at gmail dot com. The deadline is 30th April. All submissions will receive a response within 10 days of the deadline passing. They are also delighted to say that they are able to pay contributors a small token payment for acceptance which is currently £5.
